CLASSES
Priscila teaches Classical Ashtanga Yoga as tought in the
scriptures of Patanjali.
Private and semi-private (up to 5 students) classes are
available.
About the Asana aspect, Priscila can choose a variety of
methodologies or styles such as:
· VINYASA FLOW YOGA is a vigorous
practice where the breathing, movements, freeform, conscious
and intention are unified in a delightful musical class
called Yoga Dance.
· RESTORATIVE CLASSES focuses on
relaxing the body in restful postures to renew the body,
mind and thought. Props like bolsters, blocks, blankets
and stripes are used to offer an active relaxation in the
class.
· PRENATAL YOGA encourages relaxation, focus
and breathing attention. It is a great preparation for an easier labor and delivery
and also minimizes the discomforts of pregnancy.
